• How secure is my credit card information?

• How much is membership?
We offers several pricing options depending on the type of membership and billing option you select. Credit/Debit cards, telephone billing, EU Direct Pay, EU Debit, and standard mail are all acceptable forms of payment.
• What do I get with a membership?
We offer two different membership options. As a Full member, you can download and stream all of the videos across the network, as well as view download all of the photos. As a Streaming member, you can stream (view within your browser) all of the videos and view all of the photos within the network of sites.
• Which other sites are included in the Network?
The 3 sites CBTandBallbusting.com, InescapableBondage.com, and FemdomFootFetish.com, are included in the network access. If you signup to any one of them, you get access to all of them.
• What is FetishVideosOnDemand.com about?
FetishVideosOnDemand.com is our Pay-Per-Minute or Purchase Individual Videos structured website. There are no recurring membership charges on FetishVideosOnDemand.com. When you signup you select how many credits you would like to purchase. You are not charged again, unless you decide to purchase more credits in the future. Your credits never expire, so you can come back anytime you like. If you run out of credits, simply purchase more to reload your existing account. Once you have purchased credits you can browse the whole site and stream all of the videos, or spend your credits to download individual videos to your computer. When you stream the videos, credits are deducted from your account on a per minute basis. If you want to download a video to keep, just check that you have enough credits in your account and click the link to purchase and download the video. We do not use DRM on our videos, so once you purchase it, it is your's to own for life.

• I'm having trouble playing or downloading videos from the website.

Please include the operating system you are using (Windows XP, Vista, 7, or MAC OS, mobile device, etc...) as well as your internet connection type and speed (Cable, DSL, T1, Dial-up, etc...).

Definitely not! We fully respect your privacy and will never give out your email address to anyone else. If you opt-in to our newsletter when you sign up, you may occasionally recieve an email from us. Otherwise our billing company CCBill.com may contact you only relating to your membership on this website.
• Can I watch the videos on my MAC?
Yes, we use Flash to stream our videos, which is supported across all computer platforms. Our downloadable videos or in MP4 format that is readily playable on Windows, MAC, and Linux.
• Is my information private?
Absolutely! We understand the reasons to be discreet, and fully respect all of our member's right to privacy. We do not share or member's information to anyone.
• What if the country I am in is not accepted by your billing company CCBill.com?
CCBill has restricted certain countries from using their system for various reasons. You can accept payments by mail, please visit our join page and mail options for more information.
• Can I login from more than 1 computer?
Yes, but not at the same time. We have security restrictions on the number of simultaneous logins a user can have. If you are having problems logging, make sure you are not logged in from several computers at the same time. Also be sure to never share your password, as this can cause your login to get temporarily or permanently disabled.
